At Scents by Saeed, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We try our best to make sure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, because perfumes are personal-use items, refunds and cancellations are limited. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.


1. No Refund on Opened or Used Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on perfumes that have been opened, used, or tested.
Please confirm your choice before placing an order.


2. Refunds for Wrong or Damaged Products

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you can request a refund or replacement within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To process your refund:

  • Share your order number and clear pictures or a video of the damaged/wrong product.
  • Send the details to us via WhatsApp or email.

Once your claim is verified, we will issue a replacement or refund (if applicable) within 5 to 7 working days.


3. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped yet.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • To cancel your order, contact us immediately through WhatsApp or email with your order number.

4. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be made through bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash, depending on your payment method.
Refunds may take up to 7 working days after confirmation.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Wrong fragrance choice by the customer
  • Delay in delivery caused by the courier service
  • Tester or sample packs
