At Scents by Saeed, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


1. No Return or Exchange on Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
Please make sure you select your desired fragrance carefully before confirming your order.


2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will replace the item after verifying the issue.

To process your claim, please:

  • Take clear pictures or a short video of the damaged or wrong item.
  • Send them to us via WhatsApp or email along with your order number.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


3. Conditions for Exchange

We only offer exchanges if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Tester or sample packs
  • Sale or discounted items

5. Process Time

Once we receive your return or exchange request, our team will review it within 2–3 working days.
After approval, a replacement will be sent through our delivery partner.
